The 2019 Catwalk Fashion Show has come to an end, but there is still plenty to discuss about this glamorous and charitable day. From the Saks Fifth popup store to the runway, we've broken down the most show-stopping moments of this year's "A-CAT-EMY" award themed Catwalk below.
This year marked the 15th year of partnership between ORCAT and Saks Fifth Avenue Dadeland, who presented their gorgeous Lafayette 148 New York line to an eager audience of nearly 500 guests. The Lafayette line wasn't the only reason heads were turning, supermodel dogs also strutted their dazzling outfits down the runway. One outfit was even made with Swarovski crystals!
In early December, our community lost Mrs. Penelope "Penny" Stamps - A woman who leaves behind an awe-inspiring legacy of grace and dedication to her passion to make a difference.
Words cannot capture how inspirational Penny was. To fully appreciate or even comprehend her zeal for helping animals, students, and her love for the arts you had to watch her in action. She threw herself into whatever she felt passionate about, and she did it with sincere commitment.

I’m sweet and docile, and I currently enjoy napping in various spots around my foster home at the Grayvik Center. I love to cuddle under the necks and arms of humans, or sleep on their pillow—I love the warmth! I'm also potty trained and love a good head scratch. If you are looking for a cat to love you fur-ever, look no further, you found me!

In February here at Ocean Reef, I had the pleasure of hosting Thane Maynard, the CEO of the Cincinnati Zoo. When I'm not at Ocean Reef I'm happy to call Cincinnati my home, and I'm proud to report that the Cincinnati Zoo is consistently ranked among the best zoos in the United States - It's also one of the oldest.
During my day with Thane and two staff members from the zoo, I introduced them to the "animal world" of Ocean Reef. This included the Grayvik Animal Care Center/Home of ORCAT, Mobile Pet Doctors, and the Ocean Reef Dog Park.
